Before any service, a Consent Form must be reviewed before you sign

By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies and terms outline on this page
• Please arrive on time, no more than 10 minutes early.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled and may incur additional charges.
• Arrive makeup-free, without face oil, sunscreen, or contact lenses.
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Sheer Lash & Beauty is an AHS-approved personal service facility, inspected and approved by Alberta Health Services for compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
The studio operates from a pet-friendly home with a friendly cat. The lash room itself is a designated pet-free, fully sanitized space that meets AHS standards.
Feeling unwell?
Appointments must be rescheduled if you are feeling unwell. Masks do not override this policy.
If you arrive sick, your appointment may be cancelled and standard cancellation fees may apply.
Concerned About Allergies, Sensitivities, or New to Lash Extensions?
Allergies and sensitivities vary by individual. A Patch Test (https://www.sheerlash.ca/service-page/patch-test-1?referral=service_list_widget)is strongly recommended for first time clients prior to any lash extension application.
Allergic reactions and individual sensitivities are not eligible for refunds.
• A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final total.
• The remaining balance is due immediately after your appointment, unless prepaid.

Cancellations
24+ hours’ notice:
You will receive a full refund of your deposit or any prepaid amount.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost plus applicable tax will apply.
No-Shows
A fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost plus applicable tax will apply.
Rescheduling
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment once only.
One reschedule per appointment is permitted.
Any additional changes will be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.
A new deposit will be required for any further rebooking.
Your booking deposit will be applied toward any applicable cancellation, no-show fees, or rescheduling fees.
In the event that an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your booking deposit will be held as a credit on file.
• This credit must be used within 14 days of the original appointment date.
• Unused credits will expire after this timeframe.
Retention Issues?
Please report within 48 hours of your appointment for assessment; fees may apply afterward.
Fill Timing:
Fill pricing is based on booking windows, not exact day counts.
Appointments are categorized by the week window they fall into since the previous appointment.
Fill Policy:
If less than 40% of lashes remain, a full new set is required and charged accordingly.
Lash retention will be assessed at the start of the appointment.
Maximum Fill Window:
Fill services are available up to 3 weeks from the previous appointment.
Appointments scheduled beyond this timeframe will require a full new set.
Foreign Fills:
Clients with lash extensions applied by another artist must select the “Foreign Fill Add-On” when booking.
This add-on is $40 and includes 45 additional minutes to assess, remove incompatible extensions, and blend your existing set.
If the add-on is required but not selected at booking, the appointment may be adjusted, charged accordingly, or rescheduled.
Available upon request and subject to availability
A non-refundable deposit of 50% to 100% of the total service cost (including tax) may be required to secure these appointments.
The exact deposit amount will vary based on the appointment request.
Payment can be made by Interac e-Transfer or secure pay link.
Additional fees apply based on appointment start time
• Extended Hours: Appointments starting during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) but extending past 5:00 PM include a $25 extended hours service fee plus applicable taxes.
• After-Hours: Appointments starting outside business hours (before 9:00 AM, after 5:00 PM, or on weekends) include a $50 after-hours service fee plus applicable taxes.
• Statutory Holidays: If closed, appointments may be requested for a $50 holiday booking fee plus applicable taxes, subject to availability.
Discounts, promotions, and loyalty redemptions may not apply to extended hours, after-hours, or holiday bookings and are approved strictly at my discretion.
• Earn points on completed, paid services over $55. Clients who register receive a one-time 10-point bonus to jumpstart rewards!
• Points can be redeemed for discounts on fills and lash care products. Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly approved.
• For extended hours, after-hours or statutory holiday appointments, loyalty redemptions require prior approval.

Refunds
No refunds on completed services.
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours so concerns can be addressed.
Service Refusal
Sheer Lash & Beauty reserves the right to refuse service due to, but not limited to:
• allgeries
• poor lash health
• failure to follow policies
