Sheer Lash and Beauty is a home based studio located in the Pine Creek community of SW Calgary near Legacy.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and are offered by appointment only.
Appointments outside regular business hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays may be available upon request and are subject to additional service fees and availability.

Yes. Sheer Lash and Beauty is a fully approved personal service facility under Alberta Health Services (AHS).
My home-based studio was inspected and approved for providing lash extension services in compliance with AHS hygiene and facility standards. This ensures all equipment, tools, and procedures meet provincial safety and sanitation requirements for your peace of mind.

Yes. My studio is located in a pet-friendly home. While my lash room itself is a designated, pet-free space that is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every appointment, clients may occasionally cross paths with our cat in shared areas.
If you have pet allergies, please let me know prior to booking so I can take additional precautions to ensure your comfort.
We accept cash, E-Transfer, Credit/Debit, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, and Sheer Lash eGift Cards(https://www.sheerlash.ca/egift-card).(https://www.sheerlash.ca/egift-card) Payment is due after your appointment unless prepaid.
You can prepay online using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Credit Card at the time of booking. If you have a promo code, be sure to apply it before finalizing your payment.

These digital gift cards can be customized with your desired amount, delivered instantly or scheduled for a later date, and used exclusively for Sheer Lash and Beauty bookings and product purchases. They never expire, making them a great gift for any occasion!
Please note: eGift Cards are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You can manage your appointment directly through our website, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your scheduled time. To reschedule or cancel online:
1. Log into your account using the email you used to book.
2. Click the menu icon “☰”.
3. Select your Profile, then "Booking History".
4. Click "Manage" on the appointment you want to change.
5. Choose either "Reschedule" or "Cancel".
6. Follow the prompts and confirm your choice.
You will receive a confirmation email once the change is complete.
If your appointment is within 24 hours, online changes are no longer available. In this case, you must contact your technician directly. You may reach out by text message at 587-896-2327. Please note that changes made within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancel 24+ hours in advance: Full refund if prepaid.
- Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of the service cost (plus tax) will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the service cost (plus tax) will be charged.
Your booking deposit will go toward any applicable fee.
We do not offer refunds for services. If you're not satisfied, please contact your technician within 24 hours to discuss adjustments.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund (if prepaid).
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours): 50% of the booked service cost (plus tax).
- No-shows: 100% of the booked service cost (plus tax).
Your booking deposit will be applied to any cancellation/no-show fees.
After two late cancellations or no-shows, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required for future bookings.
A lash technician may refuse service under the following circumstances:
- Allergies or sensitivities to lash materials or adhesives.
- Active eye infection or contagious eye condition.
- Weak or damaged natural lashes.
- Previous adverse reactions to lash extensions.
- History of improper aftercare or poor retention.
- Unrealistic expectations for what lash extensions can achieve.
- Non-compliance with policies, such as late arrivals or missed appointments.
- Disrespectful or abusive behavior, or safety concerns.
- Violation of health and safety regulations.
- Medical conditions that contraindicate lash extensions.
- Booking issues or repeated problems disrupting scheduling.
